📦 Shipping

How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities usually receive orders faster.

Is shipping free?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may have a small shipping fee.

Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping coming soon!

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across India. Pay only when your order arrives at your door.

What online payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Razorpay.

Is it safe to pay online?
100% safe. All payments are secured and encrypted via Razorpay.

📏 Sizing

How do your tees fit?
All our tees are oversized fit. We recommend ordering your regular size for a relaxed oversized look, or size down for a slightly fitted oversized look.

Do the tees shrink after washing?
Our 240 GSM premium cotton is pre-washed and shrink-resistant. Wash in cold water and air dry for best results.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support.shivors@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll sort it out within 24–48 hours.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

📧 Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track via your account page.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing. After that, the order may already be dispatched. Email us immediately at support.shivors@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email us at support.shivors@gmail.com with photos of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it immediately.
